What we will not do
We will not promise an outcome. Decisions on applications are made by the government, and no consultant controls them. We will not ask you to sign documents you have not read, and we will tell you plainly when a route does not look workable.
Clear communication
You can expect straight answers, replies within a reasonable time and explanations without jargon. If something is uncertain, we will say so.
